Research Services staff welcome queries from all users, regardless of academic affiliation. If you have a question of a general, historical nature, please consult the reference department of your college or university library or public library. We are able to answer questions related to the holdings of the Rare Book, Manuscript, and Special Collections Library. Many questions may be answered by consulting our Reference Overview. Due to our small staff and the high volume of questions received, there may be a delay of two to three weeks before you receive a response.
